The GM-110 is a quality mandolin made from all solid tone woods and has a voice that comes close to the US made Rigel Mandolins at a fraction of the cost. The Mandolin is an acoustic electric model with a built in bridge pickup and an endpin jack. The Gold Tone Rigel model sounds good acoustically, but really shines as an amplified stage instrument. On stage the GM-110 is within its element.

The pickup is passive and does need an external preamp (not included) to sound its best.
