This is an LM-700 with a CA Bridge upgrade and an Internal K&K Twin Pickup. This is ideal for performing musicians that need a workhorse mandolin for gigging.

The Loar LM-700 has proven to be a favorite among working musicians. This version adds the CA upgrade for improved tone and a K&K Twin pickup for those gigs where plugging in is a requirement. This has proven to be a great setup for performing musicians that don't need the flash of a high dollar mandolin, but do need a good sounding stage instrument.
Carved and assembled in the Loar Hand Carved Design Workshop, then hand-rubbed with nitrocellulose lacquer for clean warm tone and powerful projection, these mandolins deliver professional-level sound and playability.
The LM-700 is assembled with a one-piece maple neck and bound ebony fretboard, ebony bridge and vintage-style Gotoh tuners. The bone nut and ebony bridge allow for the singing sustain and sharp “chop” that professional players look for in a high-quality mandolin.
